I have 3 instances of Sierra running on my desktop, 2 are connected to Denali/Teton (broker), the third is a funded evaluation account through Rithmic Direct. The Rithmic connected instance of sierra cannot handle order specifically for MNQ (handles other products fine seemingly). Below is excerpt of Trader Service Log (with acct # redacted). Can you help troubleshoot it please.

The MaxConnectionsForSameDevice can be ignored.

The issue is simply that you are not able to connect to the Rithmic system for some reason. So Sierra Chart was not able to send a cancel order.

Make sure with your broker that your positions are closed out as you want them and that you do not have any open orders that you do not want in that state.

From there, you will need to figure out why you are having a connectivity problem with Rithmic. Our only recommendation is to try a different server and see if that works better (maybe they were having an issue with the server you were connected to, we do not know).

No, this does not make sense. From our perspective, there should not be any difference, but you should check with your broker/Rithmic. It is possible that Rithmic routes certain orders based on symbols to certain servers, and the particular server for MNQ is having an issue.

Or it could just have been timing.

Really - we do not know. The above is just conjecture to point out that anything is possible. In the end, this is some kind of network/connectivity issue between your site and the Rithmic servers. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help, except to point this out.
