The MaxConnectionsForSameDevice can be ignored.

The issue is simply that you are not able to connect to the Rithmic system for some reason. So Sierra Chart was not able to send a cancel order.

Make sure with your broker that your positions are closed out as you want them and that you do not have any open orders that you do not want in that state.

From there, you will need to figure out why you are having a connectivity problem with Rithmic. Our only recommendation is to try a different server and see if that works better (maybe they were having an issue with the server you were connected to, we do not know).
