Trail Activation Error/Trial Reset

I created a SC account a while ago, but never got around to actually trying it out.
I would like to request if I could use another trial before migrating to SC.
I also have an account activation error, when I enter my mobile number, I receive the code, but when I enter it, it says the code is incorrect, and I cannot resend the code again (refer to attached screenshot)

Hello,

I was wondering if it’s possible to try another trial for Sierra Chart? I don’t even remember using the trial before, and I keep trying to activate it and it keeps saying, “Error: Failed to send code to number, Maximum number of sms messages already sent to sms number.” I’m just waiting for my funds to arrive and my usage for package 11 will expire tonight! I’ve been a Sierra chart user since late ‘22 and I always add credit to my account every month! So in the meantime till my funds arrives is there a possibility I can use the trial?

We can change your account to a Trial, but first we want you to be aware of the "Emergency Activation" option. This will allow you to get 5 days of Usage Time that will be subtracted from when you renew your next package. This will allow you to continue to use the system, connect to your trading accounts and get the real-time data. If we change to you to a trial, then you will not be able to do these things and you will only be able to get delayed streaming data.

To do the Emergency Account Activation, wait until tomorrow when your account is expired and then to to the Control Panel for your account on our website (you can do this by selecting "Help >> Account Control Panel" within your Sierra Chart software), then select the menu option near the top for "Services and Payments >> Emergency Account Activation".

If you would prefer for us to change your account to a Trial, then let us know for sure and we can take care of this for you. If you want us to do this tomorrow (when your account is expired) then we will need for you to post again tomorrow to let us know to do this for you.

Hi again, I prefer if you change it to trial account, plus I’m still able to still use the Denali exchange data feed till the end of this month.

On a trial you do NOT have access to the real-time data, even if you have paid for it. As we noted, you will be able to get the "Delayed Streaming Data".

We have changed your account to be on a Trial. Should you want it changed to Package 11 so you can use the "Emergency Activation" and get the real-time data again, then let us know.

Due to the way our system is setup and switching things back and forth, we ended up giving you 6 days of Package 11 for free. This is different from the Emergency Activation in that it will not be removed when you activate your next package.
