On a trial you do NOT have access to the real-time data, even if you have paid for it. As we noted, you will be able to get the "Delayed Streaming Data". We have changed your account to be on a Trial. Should you want it changed to Package 11 so you can use the "Emergency Activation" and get the real-time data again, then let us know.
