1. I attached 2 screen shots from the same chart for you to see it better. Even I selected 1 minutes chart, it works as 3 minutes chart. Please advice how to fix it.

What exactly is the problem you are having? There is nothing obvious about the images you provided. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Based on what you stated in the Account Support Ticket, what you are seeing is just the display of the times. Your bars are 1 minute bars, but it is not possible to fit every minute into the time scale, therefore only every 3 minutes is shown. If you expand your chart, you will be able to see more specific information (and vice versa).
