No Service List under Rithmic Direct DTC

When I go to Global Settings>> Data/Trade Service Setting, when selecting Rithmic Direct - DTC, there is nothing showing under Server (List). I am using Apex on prior version on Sierra with no problem. I have recently moved the data folder to a new drive due to space requirements, and downloaded a new instance of Sierra, but I can not connect to Rithmic/Apex on this new version. Any idea why?

After you select "Rithmic Direct - DTC" for the Current Selected Service, you need to close the Data/Trade Service Settings Window, wait 5 seconds, and then open the Data/Trade Service Settings window again and the server list will be filled out. Refer to steps 8, 9, and 10 of the Rithmic Setup Instructions at the following link:
