Hello, I am connected to SC Data All Services, my question is it possible to load more data Forex pairs in the weekly chart, It is able only to go back 2010-07-18. Any possibilities to look back further? Thanks,

You might be able to get more data if you load Intraday data. Change your "Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Chart Only" and then set the Bar Period as you want it (7 days for instance to get weekly bars). Then see if you can go back further, as we should have some data going back to December 2007 per the following: Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service: Introduction But, in general, however far back you can get to is where the data is. Not every symbol or FOREX pair is going to have the same amount of data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

John, Thank you for your reply, I tried as you suggested but it then prints even fewer candlesticks for some reason, could you take a look at the attached pictures to see if the settings are correct?

Change the "Date Range in File From" to before the date you want to get the data to (such as 2006-01-01). The system will ask if you want to download additional data - select Yes. It will then download data as far back as it can, or the date you entered (whichever is more recent). If the data stops before the date you entered, then that is all the data available for that symbol. John, I like to say it worked but at the time no go. I followed the steps in the link plus the other sub-links to no avail. Changed the Date Range in File From and also Intra Day Only, refreshed the symbols, Delete All Data and Download but still I am unable to get a longer history. I also changed the symbols to more than 8 different FX pairs but the same deal.
