delayed data issue

hi there
getting some issues with my account as i upgraded my service package from 3 to 5, but i am still getting delayed data on my charts. can you get this issue resolved?

The only real-time data that you have access to with the "Base" packages is FOREX, CFD, and Market Statistics.

If you want real-time data for the CME Group, CFE, EUREX, or U.S. Equities, then you need to be on one of the Integrated packages, and then you will need to setup, activate, and pay for the exchanges for which you want real-time data. Refer to the information for the packages here:

If you are wanting real-time data for the CME Group, then be aware of their requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following:
