different bars on the same charts by 2 users?

Hello dear Sierra Team, me and my collegue, we use both Sierra. Lately we discovered that on the GBP-202309-CME charts we both have different bars. Please see the attached screen where you can see the differences. My question is: how is that possible? We both use the same Sierra and the same data. |

There are a number of reasons this could occur. You would really need to dig through the Chart Settings to ensure they are exactly the same. Some of the main items to check for are the following: - Session Times - New bar at session start - Combine trades into Original Summary Trade We would recommend copying the chartbook from one person to the other and then opening that chartbook and seeing if the data is the same or not (it should be). If it is the same, then there is a setting somewhere that is different that is causing what you are seeing.
