Can you assist please. My data feed was disconnected. After paying I may not certain if I am receiving feed because my data is approximately 15 minutes delayed.

You are setup to get the data for the CME exchange with Market Depth data. Note that this is just the CME exchange, not the whole CME Group. Therefore, you should be getting real-time data for instruments such as ES and MES, but items that trade on a different exchange, such as CL, which is on the NYMEX, you will not have real-time data.

If you are getting delayed data for items on the CME exchange, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
