Hello, I paid for Service Package 11 on Friday. I am not able to get real-time SPY data. Can you please help me understand how can i get real-time SPY data? I have put $14 extra in the account To update to Service Package 12 if needed for SPY, QQQ and IWM real-time data. Warm Regards, Darshan Patel

You need to go through the Setup Instructions for the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange and eventually activate and pay for the exchange itself in order to get the real-time data.
