Still seeing delayed data

Hi

I just purchased SC and CME.
I have live funded account with Stage5/Dorman


But I still see "delayed" data on the chart.


I signed exchange agreement, etc.. broker asked for my SC account name, I told them, after that they sent me an email it's activated.


In the global settings>data/trade service Ive set it to Teton and clearing firm to Dorman


What do I do wrong?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Ive sent it through "send for analysis"

with "still seeing delayed data" message

Okay, I think I figured it out


"allow support for sierra chart data feeds" was no, now Ive set it to yes, and it works, and it's realtime now, not delayed anymore.
