Has the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data been having issues lately?

I have been using Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data to chart Cumulative Delta Bars-Volume for a long time now, and have been happy with it.

I have noticed over the past few days that the data is not accumulating accurately in real time. When I perform the "Delete All Data and Download" function the Cumulative Delta Bars-Volume chart changes quite a bit from what it looked like before the delete and download. Has the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data been having issues lately?

There should not be a problem.

Do you see a [M] after the symbol at the top of the chart?

The data feed is now storing the bid and ask price with every price tick but this should not have any effect upon Cumulative Delta Bars-Volume.

We also see you are running an older version. Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Current Version. See if this makes any difference. Although we would not think so.

We are doing some testing now to check on this.

The (M) is indeed missing. I did not notice. Not sure when this happened

I downloaded latest version and went through the set up procedure for the data and still do not have the (M).

The problem is you have no exchange activated on your Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed account. You need to activate the CME exchange here:

The CME recently started charging exchange fees. It is only 3.25 USD per month.

Restart Sierra Chart after activating the exchange.
