Hello,

I have the Dinali data feed and using this with the "SC Data" trade service the intraday data limiting works fine. i.e. Setting to 10 days intraday data and this is what loads and is displayed.

I have also connected a Rithmic evaluation account using Dinali data and like above everyything works fine.

Today I connected my Teton CME order Routing Trade Service for the first using Dinali data and the data limiting settings seem to be ignored and the charts are loading alot of intraday historical data or atleast trying to.

What have I missed with the intraday data limiting settings? Any suggestions appreciated.

The first time the system downloads the data it is using the "Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Load" to determine how much data to download. The reason why this is a new download for you is because you are using new symbols for your Teton service that you have not used before. Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings)

Once you have downloaded the initial data and then exit and restart Sierra Chart, the Number of Days to Load will control the actual data that is loaded for a given chart.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
