Infinity Futures offers Level 3 of Sierra Charts free with 10 round trips per 30 days. Why pay a platform free?

The InfinityAT execution platform is proprietary, free, and owned by a registered FCM (Transact). Choose either zero easy payments, or a single payment of $0. Whichever you prefer.

Infinity provides ongoing support to Sierra users in the form of videos and weekly live webinars. The price: $0.

Need bracketing, trailing stops, and multi-brackets? You can have them on InfinityAT for a fee of $0.

Don’t be another firm’s guinea pig. The InfinityAT + Sierra combination is cost effective, long-standing, and proven.

GavSierra,

The price of Level 5, I think, was higher when we created our pricing structure.

Nonetheless, we also handle much of the support for Sierra (phone, email, Skype).

So, we believe is also value added with our service.

Hi, sorry but I am not seeing pricing on your website for commissions and data feeds. Thanks.

Vegasfoster,

We charge only what the CME charges for data. $5 monthly per each of the CME exchanges (CME, CBOT, NYM, COM) or $15 for all 4. Once again, these are fees collected by us, but passed directly through to the exchange. If you migrate your account from another broker, these fees will be waived until 2015, when the CME will start charging everyone these fees unless they change their current course. Since ICE and EUREX don't charge for data, we don't charge for it.

The minimum to open an account is $3000. Day margins are as low as $500/contract on the indexes, for example, but lower margins = higher risk, so use caution. Our pricing on index futures generally starts between $. 75 cents to $1.25 per side, on the lower side depending on your volume and if you contact me directly especially if you are an advanced Sierra user (as we spend a great deal of time support SC via phone/email/Skype - so it is a resource issue for us). My email address is pz@infinityfutures.com.

Here are some newer videos I recently posted on our site: http://www.infinityfutures.com/videos-Sierra-Mini.aspx?ref=pzie

Thank you,
Patrick Z

So commissions include datafeed? What datafeed do you use and does it include historical tick data? Thanks again.

Historical tick by tick data is provided when using TransAct.

You're welcome. Doing support for SC has helped me learn a lot about the program. I host a weekly webinar on SC here: http://www.infinityfutures.com/webinarsATcharts717.aspx?ref=pzie. It's mostly my clients and people close to becoming clients who attend, and I enjoy giving the webinars. Feel free to attend.

Are you recommending using the infinity data feed for accurate volume for number bars?

Sorry for the delay Profile Trader - it's a constant work in progress, at the same token we have many people using our charts for such charts, and there are some settings inside Sierra that we can adjust to improve performance. Please feel free to contact me directly and I will see what I can to do help you. Nonetheless, I'll post here when I have some updates to provide you.

How does AT's speed compare to well known fast feeds? Your website isn't very clear on details, for example I see you offer a CQG account but the only hint I could find is in account opening that you have CQG. How much is CQG IC?

The first thing I expect to see is Who We Are so I get a feel for the company's history - is it hidden somewhere?

I'm asking because you are putting a good effort into working with SC traders so I'm interested.

Can you offer CQG-Sierra without an API?

I hope you don't mind my questions but I'm sure others will be interested too.

Best regards.

Hello, you can see some general detail about the firm here: http://www.infinityfutures.com/infinityadvantage.aspx

We do have other clearing relationships that offer CQG data, but our relationship with Sierra is based on the link between Sierra and Transact. Transact is our parent company and provides the data for Sierra and our flagship order execution platform, InfinityAT.

The Infinity AT trading platform is fast, light, free, and owned/operated by the same registered FCM holding your funds. From a support perspective, we feel this creates a better experience for our customers. This is because company holding the customer's funds also owns the level 2 trading DOM, data, risk management technology, even the statement generation is done in-house. Most other firms outsource many or all these things to other firms, resulting in support gaps when the inevitable tech issue does arise. We have seen this numerous times in the industry over the years, sometimes with catastrophic results as we all know.

Appreciate you interest, personally I have been with Infinity for 10 years (my entire career) and after working with a number of platforms/FCMs/data providers/software companies I feel our current arrangement (InfinityAT + Sierra) is the best available solution for a self-directed futures trader.

This is absolutely true. When a Broker/trading service, offers primarily one trading platform that is all well integrated, support for the end-user is much better.

Whenever there is a problem, it can be directly and quickly taken care of.

I will add, that the arrangement we expect will get even better.
