Last night I got a message in my email saying I haven't connected to a live funded broker, and I will be getting a delayed data starting on the 9th. I fixed it by connecting to my interactive broker account last night. then this morning, there is not data at all. Can I get help please?

Everything on your account looks good. We see that your "Verified Until" date has updated to July 7, 2023. If you are still having an issue, then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. hello. My account was cancelled last week due to insufficient funds. I added to my account and there is surpluss for the account. Will this mean that my account will be activated by tommorow morning, so I can keep trading?

i connected to my interactive broker yesterday, but I still don't have any connection to my rithmic data today. I was wondering if there is anything I have to do. I have the interactive broker TWS open as I am typing this.

For some reason your "Verified Until" date is not updating. It is currently showing as "2023-12-20". You can view the date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Make sure you are logging into your live account on Interactive Brokers. If you are connecting to a paper trading account, then this will not update the verified until date.
