CME Grain Futures - Not able to load 5-Jun daily bar

This is an issue that appears to be limited to the grain markets: for example, corn, soybeans and wheat. All of the other CME futures are displaying properly. For the grain markets, the daily bar for 5-Jun does not load, even after manually forcing "Download Data - Historical Chart" and selecting 5-Jun. The "Delete All Data and Download" function returns the same error. The Message Log returns an error: "Error downloading historical Daily data for F.US.ZCEN23. The server returned an error" -- full details shown below. I confirm that the same issue exists for me as well, but not just on grain futures, but across all futures symbols of the Denali datafeed. When opening historical daily chart for any symbol (or trying to reload the data by using Edit >> Delete All Data and Download option), I get the 'Download Failed Error downloading historical Daily data. The server returned an error.' message on all futures symbols and there is a missing bar for yesterday (5th June). I am on SC v2504 and connected to SC All Data service. |
