Hello, I completed the Live Data Feed process with Teton Futures Order Routing Service and followed your steps as best as I could. I've got a problem, though. My charts are frozen and the price doesn't move in any of my instruments. The charts show the [M] symbol. I've, also, deleted and downloaded the charts from scratch. I've connected and disconnected from Teton 2-3 times and the only thing that happens is that the prices renew themselves (meaning that after the disconnect and reconnect, the price continues) but then it freezes again and stays there. What's the problem over here? Did I miss something in the instructions? |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
