Provide a screenshot of this message so we know what it says. What do you mean by this: can not resolve this until I open it.

If your setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to "Interactive Brokers", then it does not matter where you are getting your data from - Sierra Chart is trying to make a connection to Interactive Brokers and to do this, the TWS software has to be running (as that is how we make the connection). If you want to run Sierra Chart without connecting to Interactive Brokers, then set the "Current Selected Service" to "SC Data - All Services" and be sure to select "Yes" to the question of changing symbols when you close the Data/Trade Service Settings page. You will continue to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed in this case, but you are not connected to Interactive Brokers and therefore can not place any trade with them through Sierra Chart. If you are going to use the above setup, then just be sure to connect at least once a month to your Interactive Brokers account to authorize the Non-Professional CME Group exchange fees. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello Here is the screenshot attached. I mean when I open and connect to the TWS of interactive broker. Sierra behaves such as if the datas are dependant of the broker. However I do success to connect Denali data feed for what I have subscribed, not problem for this point. Best regards Baptiste Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-06-06 14:32:51
