Why does Chart bars show different daily change from Chart Header?

Chart header shows LABU down .02 but looking at the daily chart bars and Compact Chart Values Window it is up 0.28. FNGS shows no change on the header but chart bars and Compact Chart Values Window show up .19. There are many others that show a difference. But AAPL, TSLA, CRM and other bigger well known symbols show correctly. What is the reason for this? I tried Delete All Data and Download but it didn't work. Thanks
