"-NQTV" Not working on 3-letter stocks

Good morning. When I add "-NQTV" to any 4-letter stock, it works great. But when I add it to a 3-letter stock, nothing will show up. How can I fix this? Thank you for your time.

We are not seeing any problem with this. Please do the following (in order): - Update to the latest release. Follow these instructions to do this: Software Download: Fast Update - Update your Symbol Settings by following these instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings If you continue to have a problem after this, then go back to the Symbol Settings and disable the option for Use Custom Symbol Settings Values. If this works, then we wonder if there was a change made to the symbol settings for ***-NQTV.
