The symbol "YM" is traded on the CBOT exchange from the CME Group. If you want this data, then you will need to activate an exchange option that includes the CBOT (such as "CBOT non-professional top-of-book"). You do not currently have an exchange active that includes this. Please verify that what you want is to add the CBOT exchange to your account. The "CBOT Non-Professional Top-of-Book" costs $1.25 per month. If you can verify that this is what you want, then we can activate it for you. If you want to do this yourself, then select the link we have given previously to go to the page with the list of exchanges, find the CBOT exchange you want, and select the "Activate" button.
