Candles not printing

Hi there, My charts were working fine all day, but near the end of the day candles + footprints were not printing. You can see the price in the attached screenshot where price was higher + not printing any data. Also, when I was placing a test order on my sim account and was filled, it would automatically close the trade with a random profit immediately, even without price hitting my take profit or stop loss. Any help with these issues would be appreciated! Thanks |

Most likely your Session Times are set such that they end at the time of the last bar. Refer to the following: Chart Session Times If it is not the Session Times, then refer to the following: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
