Hey guys,

Just want to confirm something. Currently I'm subscribed for the CME live data through Interactive Brokers, but I'm also paying for the live data from Denali. I want to get rid of my IB account and pay only you guys. Will my live data stop if I close my account with IB? I'm mainly concerned because of my non-professional certification, it was done through them. Do I have to do something else that I'm missing?

I already saw what you added as information: In order to avoid paying exchange fees twice when using the Denali Exchange Data Feed with a supported Trading service, you will want to cancel any exchange fees that you pay to the Trading service since you will be using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data.

I'm only afraid that if I close my IB account and my live data from Denali will stop too.

Thanks in advance!

You do need to keep your Interactive Brokers account (or open another brokerage account somewhere) in order to be able to get the real-time data for the CME Group. This is in order to qualify for their Non-Professional exchange fees.

But, if you are not doing any trading from the IB workstation, then you would not need the real-time data from IB. See if you can stop paying them for the data.
