If I have package 12 with the Denali feed and I get the CME nonprofessional with market depth, would I still need to connect to my broker once a month to get LIVE data?

I am pretty sure only when you open a brokerage account with Teton data, then you don't need to connect to live once a month, just be aware that one broker could have multiple choices, i.e. EdgeClear has Rithmic, CQG and Teton.

If you are not staying connected to that live account, then yes - you will need to make that connection at least once a month in order to update your verification date for your non-professional status.
