Sorry, I have read your support board for 3 days lots info, but totally confused, All I want is to let my sierra chart to show real time data, I used sierra chart for 10+ years when i used transact broker, now I have live account with Edge Clear to trade s$p micro, Please what else do i need , i am still using transact to trade to make it simple, so dont need edge clear broker to route order. i just want to see real time data on chart. Thanks |

You just need to activate the exchange(s) that you need at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges It looks like you used to have the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" activated, but it did not renew on May 1, 2023. Most likely this was due to insufficient funds at that time. Keep in mind that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so first day of each month. This is different from your Sierra Chart Usage Time that renews on a 31 day cycle based on when you first activated your account.
