Delayed data issue post market after having real time today

Hello, I have just signed up for your service last week. I went through and connected my funded AMP futures account to sierra and am using Teton order routing services with package 12. All of my data exchange agreements have been filled out, reviewed, and accepted. When I look at my account control panel it says that I have a "Verified Trading Accounts Ending Date: 2023-05-31.". Everything went smooth with set up until a few minutes ago when I went to do aftermarket review. I am now seeing a icon on my chart that has not been there before, it says "(Delayed)". I am not sure why I am receiving that message on chart. I have been connected to real time data this week since getting everything set up and completed trades with no issues. I searched the support board for a similar question and went through the step's I had seen mentioned, Disconnected, reconnected to Teton order routing with AMP as clearing firm, Checked my settings and "Yes" is checked to Allow support for sierra chart data feeds. Not sure why I would receive delayed notice, if anyone could lend a hand on how to solve this, that would be much appreciated. I have enclosed a fresh copy of message log for ES, Symbol ESM23_FUT_CME, and even there it looks like it says I am receiving or at least making the request for real time data. I am stumped. Hi. Just checking in to make sure someone with support received this message. The problem has persisted all weekend. I have gone through all the literature provided and have not been able to find a fix. If someone could please let me know how to proceed that would be appreciated. Checked in on this evening's Globex session and yes I am now receiving Real-time data. Thank you for the response. I will take mental note next time of that during off hours. Still getting used to the new platform, appreciate the response.
