Hi. Just checking in to make sure someone with support received this message. The problem has persisted all weekend. I have gone through all the literature provided and have not been able to find a fix. If someone could please let me know how to proceed that would be appreciated. Would like to have this handled tomorrow as it is the beginning of the week. Sincerely. Jim. |
