I upgraded to release 1151, and now no tickers will update. I sent the message log.

I think I'm having the same issue? I'm currently on package #3 and using historical data feed. Todays data will not load.

I reverted to release 1115 which required re-installing the software, restoring all my chart books and data files from backups, and I still have the problem. No tickers will update. Here is a segment of the log file -----

So, the problem appears to be "upstream"....but we shall see what support says.

Well, the problem may be resolved. I just updated the tickers in another chart book without a problem. Because I had just upgraded to 1151, I assumed the problem was caused by that release. But, I'd still like to hear what support has to say before trying 1151 again.

Based upon the Message Log and the changes in 1151, this is not an issue specific to 1151.

This clearly looks like a server or network issue that was only temporary.
