I reverted to release 1115 which required re-installing the software, restoring all my chart books and data files from backups, and I still have the problem. No tickers will update. There was a communication error with the server. \| 2014-06-24 20:26:24 HD Request # 5 - Received 0 records from 00:00:00 to 00:00:00 (0.0 seconds) and wrote 0 records for SPXL \| 2014-06-24 20:26:24 HD Request # 5 - Daily download COMPLETE for SPXL \| 2014-06-24 20:26:24 So, the problem appears to be "upstream"....but we shall see what support says.
