Dear support

my account ran out of credit, I refunded it but Im still missing data for SPY and SPX. Dont know if this even has to do with your latest switch you did with your exchange data feed.

Can you please advise how to subscribe to SPX and SPY data?

SPY is available through the U.S. Equities with Consolidated Tape exchange. Follow the instructions at the following link for this exchange:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges*

The SPX is no longer directly available. Instead, we have the NASDAQ Global Indices, which we see is already activated for your account. Refer to the information at the following link:

thank you .. sorry for my lack in understanding but I sometimes get confused with the right settings. Now, without me having done anything since my last support request it now seems as if I receive the data for SPY. But Im actually not sure if thats really the case or if its delayed data. Do I need to have   NASDAQ TotalView US stock data activated in order to see the SPY or what data subscription do I need?

We have made some changes recently, and it is these that are affecting you. We have stopped all our data that was part of our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which included "U.S. Equities". We then setup our new "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange on our Denali feed. The reason you were not switched over automatically is because you needed to complete the exchange agreement.

Therefore, any data you are getting right now is delayed data.

To get the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape data going (which will give you the SPY data) first fill out the Exchange Agreement at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_STOCKS

Once that agreement is accepted then you need to activate the exchange at the following link:

Hi there,

thanks again for your quick responses, however, Im still experiencing some issues.

Can you please check in my profil if I should receive continuous live data for SPY?

My problem can best be described using this post here (Data consistently stops loading onto chart)

All symbols work fine, except for spy. Spy data just stops loading onto the chart as if time just halts, when I click "reload and recalculate" the missing bars are filled in up to the present time but stop there once again. I need to redo this process to fill in missing spy data.

Yes you are authorized to receive data for that symbol since you have active US equities Consolidated Tape exchange activated, but you must update Sierra Chart to the current version. Instructions:
