need help with denali/cqg order routing only

hello so i am with amp ,on friday they set me up with denali/cqg( order routing only) . ijust activated the cme goup for 3.5 $ but i am not getting any data . i went to data/trade service and i enabled allow support for sierrachart data feeds and i also have FIX logging on YES. Now on data/trade service on current selected service i have CQG API do i need to change that to something else, and how about my username and password from CQG do i still need that thanks for your help

Yes you do need a CQG username and password and Sierra Chart does need to be set to use the CQG Web API. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". sorry my bad it works now , i forgot to pay for the data feed. i have another question if i decide to go with teton order routing what should i do, contact AMP?

The first step is to contact AMP and ask them to switch you over.
