Historical Intraday data not downloading

Hi, Historical intraday data is not downloading. I tried to update ZSN3 from 5/1/13 13:52 to this morning and no records were received. Data is downloading but it does not match ZSN3 data. Also, the data is missing bid and ask volume prior to the evening session.

The data will be missing Bid volume and Ask volume for the areas that we had to fill it in. This is true. What exactly do you mean by " does not match ZSN3 data"? We did see some missing data on some of the servers. This has been restored. To ensure you have all of the data re-download by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. I have attached an Excel file comparing data recorded from a real-time session with data downloaded this evening covering the date 5/1/2013 from 21:30 to 21:53. The prices and time prints do not match.

The data you see in the chart comes from OEC. Unless we believe there is a problem, it is outside the scope of our support to be taking the time to look at this Excel file. We do not believe there is a problem here. You also need to make certain that when you are comparing the times, you are looking at the same time zone.
