Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges

Hi, I want to activate data feed with CME. I have already upgraded to service package 10 and signed the agreements. I have a non-professional account and my trading account is already funded. As this is the first time ever I activate realtime data feed, I think I can get the full CME Group with Market Depth for free for the rest of the month. Is that right? I want to take the full group this month to explore it. My question: What will I have to do to change to just CME data (with or without market depth) for May if I'm not interested in full group? Will the subscription try to renew for Full CME Group, and if there are not enough funds will it generate a debt? Or it will just be deactivated (and then I activate and fund manually the option I'm interested in)? Thank you |

You are correct, the first time you use the Denali Exchange Data Fee you will get the data for the CME Group for free for the first month. If you do not "deactivate" the exchange prior to the first day of the next month, then the system will try to renew the exchange at the prevailing price. If you have enough funds in your account, this will occur automatically. Otherwise, if you do not have enough funds, the exchange will not renew. If this is something you are worried about, then our recommendation would be to activate the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" and then immediately select the button to "Deactivate" it. This only sets the exchange to not renew next month - you will get the data from that exchange option through the end of the month. Then you have to remember to activate the exchange that you want on the first day of next month, otherwise you will only get delayed data (or no data at all, depending on your trading service). That was a mistake, and we stated in that post that we can not activate the exchange any further.
