Tools moving in Chart Region 3

I have studies that I mark with tools set in Chart Region 3. Most of the time when I do a Chart Replay the tools set on the chart move completely out of the viewing area. Region 2 does not do this. How do I fix this? Thanks

The first possibility is simply that the data is different enough at the position of the replay that the drawings are not showing. Just FYI the two tools I add to the region are the Horizontal Ray and the Ellipse. Thanks for the help.
