Hi, I've been given a Chartbook template which I have loaded into sierra chart but everything shows up completely blank. I have attached a picture of the DOM charts to illustrate. What could the causes of this be? Sierra chart isn't accepting my trial activation code either, could this be a potential cause? Thanks |

It is most likely either the lack of the activated trial or just a different set of symbols. We have activated the trial for you. Open the chartbook and if you still do not see the charts, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
