Hi, I've been given a Chartbook template which I have loaded into sierra chart but everything shows up completely blank. I have attached a picture of the DOM charts to illustrate. What could the causes of this be? Sierra chart isn't accepting my trial activation code either, could this be a potential cause? Thanks
