I used Sierra a few years back when Rithmic was supported. You stopped supporting it and now you support it again. I trade through Bulenox and sometimes other evaluation companies using the Rithmic feed. I have some chartbooks that I would still like to use but you have updated far ahead now and my chartbooks will not work. 1. How can i import my old chartbooks? 2. I use TPO so what version will i need to access advanced charts and rithmic data feed? 3. If I also subscribe to the denali datafeed what will that provide me if I have to place my orders through Rithmic? 5. If I subscribe to a trial version will i be able to test all the above? i am now on the latest version after opening up my charts. I am now trying to connect to rithmic data feed for my evaluation accounnts. I select Rithmic Trading but the server list is blank. How can i test out the feed? Thanks

ok. well i cant connect to rithmic and its what i wanted to test. I also have not paid so as far as i am aware i am on a trial and not able to trial it

it did come good in the end. The service i would need is $36 is that correct? Would that give me Denali data as well as rithmic

Yes if you use Service Package 10. That will give you the Denali data feed and access to Rithmic. There are also exchange fees that have to be paid.
