I have to renew my service Package #10 (I believe?) It receives stocks ,ETFs and major stock market related Futures using Interactive Brokers Can I just subscribe to ETFs and Futures eliminate stocks at lower cost or substitute stocks with additional Futures at same cost? |

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us. You must be getting the data from Interactive Brokers, so this would be a question for them. Or, if you want to get the data from us, then let us know what exchanges you want the real-time data for, and we can then point you in the proper direction. This is regarding your reply to my email ---I believe I subscribe to Package #10 ----yes real data comes from Interactivebrokers ---- Can you tell me what that package provides--and can I change it and stop receiving stocks? How does that effect monthly charge?Also may want to add another futures item if that is possible Thankyou

You are on Package 10 of Sierra Chart. Refer to the following for information on Package 10, and the surrounding section for information on the rest of the packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Standard Sierra Chart (Service Package 10) If you change to one of the Base Packages (3, or 5) then you will not be able to connect to Interactive Brokers. We assume that you want to continue to be connected in order to trade with IB. If this is not the case, and if you do not want real-time data, then you could change to one of the Base Packages. Changing your package only affects the data in terms of being able to connect and get real-time data or not. If you are on one of the Base Packages, then you can only get real-time data for FOREX, CFD, and Market Statistics, and you can not connect to IB. If you are on one of the Advanced Packages (10, 11, or 12) then you can connect to IB and get real-time data from either IB or from our Denali Exchange Data feed. Other than what we stated in the above paragraph, we have no control over whether you get stock data or not from IB. That is something you need to work out with them. The same with Futures.
