You are on Package 10 of Sierra Chart. Refer to the following for information on Package 10, and the surrounding section for information on the rest of the packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Standard Sierra Chart (Service Package 10) If you change to one of the Base Packages (3, or 5) then you will not be able to connect to Interactive Brokers. We assume that you want to continue to be connected in order to trade with IB. If this is not the case, and if you do not want real-time data, then you could change to one of the Base Packages. Changing your package only affects the data in terms of being able to connect and get real-time data or not. If you are on one of the Base Packages, then you can only get real-time data for FOREX, CFD, and Market Statistics, and you can not connect to IB. If you are on one of the Advanced Packages (10, 11, or 12) then you can connect to IB and get real-time data from either IB or from our Denali Exchange Data feed. Other than what we stated in the above paragraph, we have no control over whether you get stock data or not from IB. That is something you need to work out with them. The same with Futures.
