Why is my NQ data delayed? I have real live for ES but trying to make a NQ chart now and it's delayed data.

I've sent the log through sierracharts

After switching from ES to NQ the data stops coming. don't see recent ask/bid numbers showing.
I switch back to ES and now ES data isn't working either.
closing sierracharts without saving things then reopening to an ES chart and data is working again...

The main thing we see is that you have charts for MESZ23_FUT_CME and for NQZ23_FUT_CME, so you are trying to view the December 2023 contract for MES and NQ. There is some data for those contracts, but not much. You should be using the H contract for the front month right now.

It looks like you might have charts for the more recent contracts, are you having an issue with them?
