hi i am on package 12 and iam doing evaluation i have live data for everything else but for VIX my data is 10 min delayed i have connected to live account to get the live data before switching on to evaluation company data package can you please tell me how to get the live data for VIX as well. Thank you

First, we need to know which VIX you are wanting. There is the Cash Index VIX and there is the VIX Futures. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

That is the VIX Futures.
