Hi , the values on my Dom vanish every few seconds. Could you kindly help me with the settings. Attaching a video to show whats going on

What is the symbol of that chart? Off hand, it does not look like this is anything odd, it just looks like the typical changes in the market as liquidity is used up. But, your chart update interval does look a bit slow. What is Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds set to? It's 6BH(gbpusd) on CME futures . The interval is set to 500 milliseconds . A trader i know is using the same chart but has regular updates and the market order sells and buys show on the charts and dont disappear

We see the same separation of Bid and Ask with the 6BH23 contract. But the current front contract is the M contract, which is probably why the H contract is having these kind of separations. Change to the M contract and see if you continue to have the same issue. You might also want to change the Chart Update Interval to 300, so you see more updates. Hope you are well . Still having the same problem . The numbers i see on my DOM screen do add up to the numbers i see on the footprint chart but they tend to vanish instantly on the DOM .
