Hello, How do I get 10 prices to show on the DOM for Bid / Ask please? I know what setting to amend on the chart settings but I can get 1 to 5 but wont show any higher than 5. See attached. I have amended the global setting also but still nothing. I have friends who have DOM showing 10 prices? Many thanks |

Change the setting for Maximum Number of Market Depth Levels. You have this set to 10. If you want 10 on each side then it needs to be 20. If you want all the Market Depth, then set it to 0. Refer to the following regarding this setting: Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) If this does not resolve your issue, then refer to the following: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
