Nothing special to do.

However:
Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes.

Allow SC Feeds is set to Yes, connected to Trading Evaluator (trading), translated symbols, realtime data that works on live account is not updating charts with Evaluator connection.
Quoteboard won't populate.
Error attached shows up, but cannot click on it.

If you are still having an issue, then we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Looks like data is coming through OK, problem is with translating all of the symbols in all of the instances from the IB ones to SC Evaluator format. The ones with exchange CBOT seemed to translate ok, ones with exchange CME, COMEX, NYMEX seem to not be translating.

Give us the exact symbol that is not translating and tell us, what is the Current Selected Service set to in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.
