Hello, I would like to active exchange (CME data), but I can´t becouse there is write: Sierra Chart does not support providing CME data to those identified as professionals according to CME rules. I am non-professional! Here is copy of questionnaire: Do you have an active futures trading account? Yes Are you using CBOT, CME, COMEX and/or NYMEX real-time market data within a software platform that has the ability to transact futures orders on CME Group’s Globex trading platform? No Are you a member (or hold or lease any type of membership) of any exchange? No Does your primary business purpose involve trading? No Are you registered or qualified as a professional trader or investment adviser with any stock, commodities or futures exchange or contract market, or with any regulatory authority, professional association or recognized professional body? No Are you affiliated with any entity that is or may be considered a Professional User? No Is your use of CME Group market data solely for your personal, non-business use? Yes Is your use of CME Group market data limited to managing your own property and, for the avoidance of doubt, not in connection with the management of any property of any third party(ies) in any capacity, whether as a principal, officer, partner, employee or agent of any business or on behalf of any other individual, and whether or not you receive any remuneration? (If not applicable select, Yes) Yes Are you acting on behalf of an institution that engages in brokerage, banking, investment, or financial activities? No Do you have more than two (2) means for accessing real-time CME Group market data? (Note: Yes means you are considered a Professional.)
