This is going to take research time. Please allow one week for us to look into this. No one has asked us about futures spreads when using OEC before and we have to see how best to handle these. You could just try using that symbol as is in Sierra Chart. Select File >> Find Symbol and into that symbol into the Selected Symbol box. In the next release of Sierra Chart coming out in about one or two days, spread symbols will be supported when using OEC. You will need to look up the spread symbols through the OEC trading software. You can use the symbol just like this in Sierra Chart: GF FTS +Q4,-V4 We do not yet have implemented requesting of the tick size for spreads, so you will have to manually set that through Chart >> Chart Settings.
