waiting to reconnect...

the status bar has more or less been constantly yellow and saying "waiting to reconnect" along with the message log constantly popping up saying it has been disconnected from open e cry for the last 2 days. yet my charts are still updating in real time. can you explain this?

The real-time data is coming from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which you are subscribed to.

If you were to select File >> Disconnect that would break the connection and unless you can get a connection OEC, you would not be able to establish the real-time data feed again. So we recommend not disconnecting.



Select the last 30 lines of the Message Log. Press the Copy Selection button and paste them here, so we can see what the OEC connection problem is about.

ok so im back connected again but im going to assume i will lsoe connection again soon so I will post some of the message log.
