The real-time data is coming from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which you are subscribed to.

If you were to select File >> Disconnect that would break the connection and unless you can get a connection OEC, you would not be able to establish the real-time data feed again. So we recommend not disconnecting.



Select the last 30 lines of the Message Log. Press the Copy Selection button and paste them here, so we can see what the OEC connection problem is about.
