I have been a Sierra user for 4 years and I feel as though I know my way around the platform extremely well. However, I signed up for a TST Combine and I'm using Sierra for enter/exit of trades. I had a practice account with TST that lasted 2 weeks and I was able to get connected just fine. However, since the practice account expired I can't get a connection, which is understandable. However, I signed up for a TST Combine and I can't get a connection. I have everything input properly and I have contacted TST Support and they say they can connect to my account through their Sierra platform. So evidently there is something not working properly on my end. Attached is a Screenshot of the Activity Log after I try to connect. Would it be possible for you guys to remotely connect to my computer and see what might be up?

Thanks,
Scott Perry

I've got something really wrong... my charts will not show any data past 4/27/2013. I can connect to the SC Historical Data and get a green connection, but still the charts stop at 4/27/2013. Is there anyway someone from your end can remotely look at my computer and let me know what is happening... please?

Thank you,
Scott Perry

It appears as though you are running the non-CLR version which currently does not work with CTS T4. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

About the Sierra Chart Historical Data service and your charts not updating, most likely you are using symbols which are not supported by that service. Open new charts using the correct symbols by selecting File >> Find Symbol.

Ok thanks... I'm doing this now... BTW my current version is 969 if that means anything... I updated this morning thinking that would help.
